Attention Tutee teachers! |
We know that you have a lot to do and we want registration to require as little time and effort on your part as possible!
You may have your students fill in their information on our teacher registration form. Click the image above to download it to your computer. The first page is for your own contact information, and the second page can be passed around your classroom for your students to fill in.
When you are finished, fill in the group name in the final column, placing each student in a category or group of your chosing on your administrative page and fax both pages of the form in to us. We will do the rest!
